90 Day Transformation Package

The 90 Day Transformation Package is based around individuals that are serious about making changes to their physique. This is a very in-depth program which if adhered to will produce staggering results not only physically but psychologically with confidence and self-esteem levels going through the roof.

 

Our plans are developed and prescribed specifically for each individual, based on their current situation, equipment availability, needs and wants; this is not a generic program. This package is available and recommended for anyone that is truly serious about making the necessary changes to allow these adaptations to occur.

Once a call has been made to one of our coaches and we have made an agreement that we are suitable for each other, our Transformation package unfolds in this order:

Assessment

We assess your current lifestyle with nutrition being a particular focus. You will be provided with a ‘movement screen’ which is to allow us to see any limitations or dysfunctions that you may have to allow us to prescribe a safe and effective program. You will be sent a Pre-Activity Questionnaire which is not only a legal document but allows you to provide us with as much information as you possibly can regarding previous injuries, previous training and anything else you believe will be beneficial to us.

Periodised Plan

Our plans are delivered to you in three blocks of four weeks. This allows us to not only keep you engaged with the training by making it enjoyable, it also allows us to progress the programs to enhance your results.

Your training is specifically based on you and your current situation; this is based around gym access (we know they can be daunting places for beginners), equipment, available time to exercise, needs and wants from the programs and finally enjoyment. We want you to enjoy making these changes and will be with you every step of the way!

Nutrition

Upon signing up you will receive a Nutrition E-Book created by our amazing coach George, as well as your first recipe book which is designed for you to complement our training programs. You will be given a calorie goal to hit each day and we will monitor this daily as well as other pieces of data to enhance your results.
